Axiom 25 delays tomato rot!
Fresh cherry tomatoes were left at room temperature and periodically observed for changes in appearance.
A plastic case with a lid was prepared for the experiment.
In the case on the left side, lay a sheet coated with Axiom 25 and place two cherry tomatoes on it. On the other hand, place two cherry tomatoes on the right side of the case without spreading anything.
The two cases were covered and observed daily to capture their natural deterioration.
First day of experiment] September 10, 2011 Temperature: 31°C / Humidity: 40%.
[Result] The action of Axiom 25 in preventing the growth of mold fungi and spoilage bacteria made a clear difference in the deterioration of tomatoes.
